Parm Crusted Tilapia.

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • ¾ cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • olive oil
  • aluminum foil
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 F or 200 C. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a shallow dish or plate, mix together cheese, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, coat the fillets in olive oil.
  4. Press each fillet into the spice and cheese mixture, then arrange on your baking sheet.
  5. Bake until fish easily flakes with a fork, usually 10 to 12 minutes.
